Distance Contracts Regulation

All sales to our customers are carried out in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law. The contract includes the description of the product, total sales price, payment methods, delivery and right of withdrawal conditions. If our customers exercise their right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and with its invoice.
