Having started his apprenticeship with a master craftsman in Gaziantep in 1984 and continuing until he became a master craftsman, Master Levent founded Ayıntap Baklava under the name Ayıntap, the old name of Gaziantep, in 2000, after completing his military service

Ayıntap Baklava, which has been producing baklava without compromising on quality and hygiene since the day it was founded, offers the traditional Antep Baklava to all of Turkey and the world.
