Declaration and Consent Confirmation Text Regarding Personal Data

During commercial and consumer transactions (purchase and sale agreements, invoicing, product delivery, product returns, complaints and requests, and all other transactions) conducted with Ayıntap Baklava ("Ayıntap Baklava"), during the signing of a contract between the parties and/or during the execution of transactions and transactions within the scope of the contract between the parties, certain personal information is requested from you or obtained during the ongoing relationship to provide better service, improve communication with you, and understand your needs and interests. In this context, your personal information is collected, used, and, when necessary, transferred to third parties and/or organizations after providing sufficient information and obtaining your consent.

All information, including, but not limited to, Identity Information (name, surname, gender, age), Contact Information (address, telephone, email), Financial Information (including invoice information, credit card or bank information, other information arising from commercial relationships or consumer contracts, educational information, photographs, and other sensitive personal data, including but not limited to the personal data subject's health and sexual life; race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dress, association, foundation or union membership, criminal convictions and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data, are considered personal data under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

As a company, all personal data contained in the documents listed above is used before, during, or after the relationship between the parties for the purposes of fulfilling obligations within the scope of the commercial relationship or consumer contracts in question, fulfilling rights and obligations arising from the Consumer Protection Law, establishing distance consumption contracts, identifying consumer or merchant preferences, providing better service in this regard, delivering and returning products purchased as part of established purchase and sale contracts, evaluating and resolving all requests and complaints, providing feedback on this matter when necessary, meeting customer requests, fulfilling invoices and payment transactions, delivering products in accordance with their physical specifications to relevant parties, providing installment options, and, without limitation, making the necessary legal notifications to Tax Offices, Courthouses, and other institutions, transferring both phone and address information to carrier companies for product delivery and returns, enabling communication between the parties via email, and other similar purposes.

All personal data is processed within the scope of the purposes specified above. It will be used internally by the Company, and it may be transferred and shared with our business partners, group companies, affiliated offices, auxiliaries and subsidiaries, business partners, and other necessary individuals, institutions, and organizations (especially manufacturers, suppliers, and manufacturing companies, as well as transportation/cargo companies) both domestically and internationally. We only share your personal data with these third parties for purposes of processing on behalf of our company, taking all necessary measures regarding your data security.

Your collected personal data is processed in accordance with the law and principles of integrity, accurately and, where necessary, up-to-date, for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes, in accordance with the principles of being relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which it is processed. It will not be used for activities other than those specified in this consent form.

Your personal data will be stored only for the purposes specified in this declaration and consent form and/or in any additional information you may receive in the future, and for the period necessary in accordance with applicable law.

We would like to remind you that you have the right to learn whether your personal data has been processed, to request information about it if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it has been used in accordance with its intended purpose, to request correction of any incomplete or inaccurate data, and to exercise other rights stipulated in Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
